Each design has been thoroughly tested and inspected by Exova enabling us to issue Declaration Of Performance.
All our Insulated Roller Garage doors are manufactured in house at our facility in Wigan and are subject to continuous product development, ensuring the products we offer are of the highest quality whilst maintaining ease of installation.

CURTAIN
77mm x 20mm Heavy duty extruded aluminium lath, alternate laths double pop riveted, using high density glass fibre nylon endlocks, to prevent lateral movement. A high quality aluminium (78mm x 19mm) bottom rail is added to the base of the curtain for strength, rigidity and security.
MOTOR BARREL
Integral tubular motor fitted within electric resistance welded circular tube. Lost bobbin system fitted to the “dummy end”. Manual override facility on motor end (via eyelet). Safety brake fitted to non-motor end of barrel assembly. Crank handle supplied with each project.
AUTO-LOCK
Fitted with a patented auto-locking facility.
FLAGS
Heavy duty aluminium endplates, 250/300mm square (depending upon height of shutter), with 45 degree section to back. High quality aluminium guides are extruded from 95mm x 34mm section.
HOOD
Weatherproof Hood made from 20swg galvanised/anodised material. This covers barrel mechanism & curtain from the elements when fixed externally.
FINISH
Standard stock colours are supplied with colour coordinated guides, endplates and canopy as standard. Alternative colours are available at an additional cost.
ACTIVATION
Remote control complete with 2No. transmitters.
COURTESY LIGHT
Fitted as standard.
