Ram-Fold Folding Shutter Doors Specified for Residential Garage in Anglesey.

We recently specified and installed two of our Ram-Fold Folding Sliding Shutter Doors were to secure the openings of a residential garage on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey.

We designed and built the doors using a marine-grade powder coating which was applied to protect the door against the Coastal elements. We did this in Alliance Door’s own in-house powder coating facility. This will protect against possible corrosion caused by salty sea spray which carries a range of other airborne particles. Top and bottom seals were also fitted, providing effective protection from sand, dust, draughts and vermin.

The Ram Fold door was the obvious choice for this door as it has high wind resistance and can be used for openings up to 30 metres wide. It is also suitable for smaller applications that could be subject to demanding environments, providing easy, safe and secure operation for the door user.
